FAQs

What is Simbi?

Simbi is the brain child of Fezzari. Simbi bikes are designed to be simple, fun, and very low maintenance. The Simbi is perfect for commuting, grabbing groceries, cruising around town and even just a casual cruise.

Who is Fezzari?

Fezzari is a boutique bike brand, known for quality bikes and great prices. Fezzari is the leader in consumer-direct bicycle sales in the US market. A popular bike magazine, Mountain Bike Action Magazine, said, "Fezzari's out-of-the-box thinking allows riders to afford bikes they would otherwise have to mortgage their house for." Also, Peloton Magazine said "Fezzari has made a reputation with customer service." Many of the high-tech designs and processes used in Fezzari's more expensive $5,000-6,000 bicycles are used in the $399 Simbi bicycle. Fezzari is known for their customer service receiving rave reviews from customers and the media. “Fezzari Bicycles has customer service on the brain.” (Road Bike Action Magazine)

Where did the name come from?

Simbi stands for Simple Bike. We combined the words to simplify it...

How long does it take to ship?

During COVID-19 our leadtimes are extended up to 3 weeks. Thank you for your patience.

Can I find Simbi bikes at my local dealer?

Since we only sell rider-direct to get you such a good deal on our bikes, we do not go through any retailers or dealers.

What is the difference between Low-rise and High-rise?

Low-rise (also known as step-thru) has the top tube slope lower than the traditional high-rise top tube, providing a little more standover height for those who want it. Both are great, it is a matter of preference.

How do I know what size is right for me?

If you are 5'8" or taller, choose L/XL. If you're 5'7" or smaller, choose S/M.

Is it hard to assemble?

Nope. It's simple. The tools are included. Check out our video on assembly.

Does it have gears?

Yes, you just twist the grip to shift it, and you don't even have to be pedaling to change the gears (unlike a regular bike). Pretty easy, huh?

What maintenance should I plan on?

Unlike traditional bikes with chains and exteral gears, Simbi is low maintenance. The belt lasts much longer than a chain and doesn't need to be lubricated. The gears are internal, so there's very little exposed to dirt, etc. Just keep your tire pressure up (oh, it even has puncture-resistant tires). If there's another issue, feel free to contact us, or you can take it to any bike dealer for service. Simple?

What is the warranty on my Simbi bike?

Lifetime on the frame and 1 year on the parts. Click here for more details.

What guarantee do you have?

You can return it within 30 days. But we're sure you won't want to part with it.

What if I have other questions?

Simple. Just contact us here or call us. We're happy to help!
